What is the E-2 advantage, exactly?

The US maintains an E-2 Treaty Investor visa agreement with Grenada. As a Grenadian citizen you become eligible to apply for an E-2 visa by making a qualifying US business investment — a route unavailable to citizens of non-treaty countries such as China, India, or Russia.

Can I really include siblings?

Yes — Grenada recognizes unmarried, childless siblings of the main applicant or spouse, one of the broadest family definitions in the industry. Additional fees apply per sibling.

Does the passport include China visa-free?

Grenada is the only Caribbean CBI country with a mutual visa-waiver agreement with China — valuable for families with business interests there. As with all travel privileges, agreements between states can change.

How long does Grenada citizenship by investment take?

Around three months from submission to approval for a complete, well-prepared file — among the fastest in the Caribbean. Preparation quality is the main variable: files with documentation gaps take materially longer.

Sections 5, 8, 10 and 11 — registration following investment via the National Transformation Fund or an approved project

The Act lets a person aged 18 or over who makes a qualifying investment — an NTF contribution under section 10 or an approved-project investment under section 11 — be registered as a citizen of Grenada, granted by the Minister on the recommendation of the Citizenship by Investment Committee after due-diligence vetting, now administered by the Investment Migration Agency.
