1. Who we are and what we do

Citizenship & Co. is an independent advisory practice that helps clients understand and apply to government-operated citizenship and residency by investment programs. We are advisors and application managers.

We are not a government agency, and we do not grant, sell, or guarantee citizenship, residency, passports, or visas. Those are granted solely by the sovereign governments that operate the relevant programs, at their sole discretion.

2. Information only — not advice

The content of this website is provided for general information about investment migration. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, immigration, financial, or investment advice, and nothing on it should be relied upon as such. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision.

Using this website, submitting an enquiry, or requesting a brochure or comparison does not by itself create an advisor–client relationship. We provide advisory services only under a separate, signed engagement letter that sets out the scope, fees, and terms of that specific engagement. In the event of any conflict, the engagement letter prevails over these terms for the services it covers.

3. Program information is indicative and may change

Citizenship and residency programs are established, amended, suspended, and closed by the governments that operate them. Investment thresholds, government fees, eligibility rules, family definitions, processing times, and travel benefits shown on this site are indicative, are drawn from public sources believed reliable, may be out of date, and may change without notice.

Figures shown are typically minimum amounts for a main applicant and exclude government, due-diligence, legal, and other fees. All program parameters must be verified and confirmed for your specific circumstances as part of a formal engagement before you make any decision or commit any funds.

4. No guarantee of outcome or returns

Approval of any application rests solely with the relevant government authorities, following their own due-diligence process. We do not and cannot guarantee the approval of any application, the timeline for any decision, the continued availability of any program, or the scope of travel or other benefits associated with any citizenship or residency.

Where a program involves real estate, funds, bonds, or business investment, we do not guarantee any rental income, capital appreciation, resale outcome, or investment return. Investment carries risk, including the risk of loss.

5. Your responsibilities

If you engage us, you agree to:

• Provide information and documents that are true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• Confirm that the funds used for any investment or contribution come from a lawful source, and cooperate with all know-your-client, source-of-funds, and due-diligence requirements.
• Make your own assessment of any program and, where appropriate, take independent legal, tax, and financial advice.
• Comply with the laws of your home country and of the program jurisdiction, including any obligation to declare additional citizenship or residency.

6. Anti-money-laundering and sanctions

All engagements are subject to know-your-client and source-of-funds verification. We are required to, and will, decline or terminate any engagement, and may report as required by law, where we cannot satisfy these checks or where an applicant is subject to sanctions or presents an unacceptable risk.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site — including text, design, logos, and imagery — belongs to Citizenship & Co. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

Country names and government program names are used for identification only and remain the property of the respective governments and authorities.

8. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including government and program pages. We provide these links for convenience only and do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content or availability of those sites.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website unlawfully; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or interfere with its operation; and not to submit false information or another person’s data without authority through our forms.

10. Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citizenship & Co. accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the general information published on this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This clause does not affect the separate liability provisions agreed in an engagement letter for paid services.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Citizenship & Co. against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute relating to these terms or to your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

13. Changes and severability

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
