2. Nature of our services

Citizenship & Co. is an independent advisory practice assisting clients with government-operated citizenship and residency by investment programs. We act as advisors and application managers.

Citizenship, residency, passports, and visas are granted solely by the relevant sovereign governments, at their discretion. We do not grant, sell, or guarantee any immigration status, and we are not a government body or agency.

3. Licensed activities

Citizenship and co L.L.C-FZ is licensed by the Meydan Free Zone to carry on the following activities: management consultancy, immigration consultancy, and immigration services.

Where a business activity requires the prior approval of a relevant competent authority, that approval is obtained before the activity is conducted.

4. Authorised programs and licensed partners

We advise only on programs established in law by their issuing governments. Where a program requires locally licensed agents to submit applications, we work with duly licensed submission partners in that jurisdiction.

5. Accuracy and no advice

The information on this website is provided in good faith for general guidance and is believed to be correct at the time of publication, but investment migration rules change frequently. Program figures, fees, timelines, eligibility, and benefits are indicative and subject to change and verification. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, immigration, financial, or investment advice, and no advisor–client relationship arises without a signed engagement letter. 6. A note on the United Arab Emirates

The United Arab Emirates does not operate a citizenship by investment program. The UAE Golden Visa grants long-term renewable residency; it is not citizenship. Emirati citizenship is granted only under UAE law and cannot be applied for or purchased through investment. Any reference on this site to the UAE in an investment-migration context concerns residency, not citizenship.

All engagements are subject to know-your-client and source-of-funds verification. We will decline or terminate any engagement that cannot satisfy these checks, and we comply with applicable anti-money-laundering and sanctions requirements.
